📢 Channel Configuration

Set which Discord channels the bot posts to. Select a channel from the dropdown and save — no Discord commands needed.

🔑 Dashboard Editor Access Owner Only

Editors can create events, manage presets, and use the full dashboard — but cannot change settings or grant/revoke access. Only the Discord server owner can manage this list. Add by Discord User ID (right-click a user in Discord → Copy ID).

Access Levels

Server Owner — full access to everything including granting editor permissions.
Editor (granted by Owner on this page) — can create/manage events and presets. Cannot change settings or grant access.
Guild Member (has the server's configured member role) — read-only: Dashboard, Leaderboard, Events, Attendance, Calendar, My Profile.

To give members read-only access, configure a member role with .memberrole @role in your Discord server.

📋 Attendance Roster nw_roster

This roster drives .roster list, event attendance, and the "Not Signed Up" list. It is separate from gear tracking (.list) and only affects attendance features.

Auto-promotion notifications

Send a DM + short channel ping when a queued player gets auto-promoted from Bench → their role.

⚔ Gear Tracking gear_data · .list

This manages the members shown in .list. Remove is a soft-delete — the member is moved to limbo and their gear data is preserved so they can be restored later without losing anything.
